On 18th June 2010, ECHA’s Member State Committees identified 8 new chemical substances as the 3rd batch of Candidate List of substances of very high concern.
Companies manufacturing or importing these substances need to check their potential obligations that result from the new list —— If an article contains any SVHC included in the Candidate List and the concentration of each is above 0.1% (w/w)
These SVHC may be used in products such as cable, IC, electronic plat, etc. So companies are suggested to survey the concentration of SVHC in their products and take counter measures.
